Freelance PPC consultant — London

PPC for London businesses that delivers customers, not clicks

Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads — planned, built and managed by one senior PPC consultant — measured on cost per acquisition and revenue. In London's most competitive auctions, wasted clicks cost more than anywhere else in the UK; every part of the account is built to stop that.

Direct and honest: I'll only recommend a PPC strategy if I think it will work for your business.

"We (at Swan) have been using Jonny for the past 2 years and he has been a delight to work with over that time. He has advised us on several topics during our time working together and more importantly, we have seen our revenue increase significantly, due to the leads generated from Jonny's PPC campaign. He really is an expert in his field and I would recommend his services to anyone that is looking to launch a new PPC campaign!"

The process

My PPC approach

I provide an open, honest and transparent service. Each campaign starts with fully understanding your business, your market and your target audience — the more I learn, the better the collaboration and the more powerful the results.

  1. Understanding your business

Your goals, margins and customers — and what a lead or sale is actually worth to you.

  2. Market & competitor analysis

Who you're up against, what they're bidding on and where the gaps are.

  3. Keyword research

The high-intent searches your customers make — and the costly ones to exclude.

  4. Conversion tracking & optimisation

Accurate tracking set up first, so every decision is based on real results.

  5. Landing page creation

High-converting pages built for the campaign where your existing site isn't the right fit.

  6. PPC ad messaging

Ad copy that cuts through the noise and pre-qualifies the click.

  7. Day-to-day management

Search terms, bids, budgets and negatives managed daily — not once a month.

  8. Detailed monthly reporting

Leads, sales and ROI — presented the way the board wants to see them.

The complete picture — not just the bids

Most PPC management stops at bids and budgets. I look at everything between the search and the sale — market, keywords, messaging, landing pages and tracking — so every part works together. That's what delivers outstanding performance, not just a well-managed account.

Are you based in London?

The business is registered in London and I work with clients across London and the wider UK. Day-to-day management is remote — which is how you get senior-level work without agency overheads — with in-person meetings in London arranged where they add value.

What budget do I need for PPC to work?

I've managed budgets from £1,000 to £100,000 per month — the entry point depends on your market and cost per click, because you need enough conversion data to optimise against. On the consultation I'll tell you honestly whether your budget is workable, and if it isn't, I'll say so rather than take it.

Who actually does the work?

Me. There's no team, no juniors, no handoffs. That's also why capacity is limited to one or two new clients at a time.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. Management is a rolling monthly arrangement. Your account, your data — if you leave, everything stays with you.

Which ad platforms do you manage?

Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads. I'll recommend the mix that fits your audience and budget, rather than spreading spend across every channel.

Do you cover e-commerce as well as lead generation?

Both. Lead generation has been the core of my career, and I run Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for e-commerce clients, including product feed optimisation.

Do you work with agencies or in-house teams?

Yes — I regularly work alongside in-house marketers as the PPC specialist, and white-label for a small number of agencies.
